About Me

Hi. My name is Carolyn. I am an RMT and Pilates teacher.

A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and registered with the CMTO, I have been treating since 2015. Comprehensively trained with Body Harmonics and certified through the National Pilates Certification Program, I have been teaching since 2011. 

I opened my practice in 2015 and have operated as a sole practitioner until recently joining the team at Bodyworks in 2022. 

I am an active member of the Guelph community and enjoy time spent with my husband and three kids. I stay committed to my own wellbeing with daily walks, Pilates and yoga.
